Here are some frequently asked questions by customers.

Will you really get back to me within 48 hours? Even on the weekends?

Yes. We have created smooth and efficient process that will allow us to give you an estimate even when we are on the road or not in the office.

Is there a job minimum?

Yes. We do require a $150 minimum for any repair call, and this does not include the cost of materials.

Will you supply us with multiple estimates?

Do I have to buy the materials?

How long will take?

Yes. But, if you are a new client and we do not hear back after sending (3) separate estimates, you will not recieve any more.

No need to worry. Your estimate typically includes labor, materials, and disposal fees in order to complete your project. Please us know if you will be suppling your own materials and/or disposal for the project. if you have questions, please call us at 570-392-3064

It depends. Our typical repairs take anywhere from 1-5 days depending on the complexity of the project. Our goal and mission is to get you back to your home, or business, as soon as possible.

Who is my point of contact?

You will be assigned your own, personal project manager. They will be your point of contact throughout the duration of the project.

Are the repairs guaranteed?

Yes. All labor and workmanship provided by A1 Home Services on all repairs are guaranteed for one year from the date of the final invoice.

How soon can you get there?

We can typically be at your home within 7 business days.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are fully licensed and insured.

Why can't you just give me even quick estimate over the phone?

We offer free online estimates, but reserve the right to request and onsite estimate for $100. This fee will then be applied back towards the project once you move forward.
